First I greet the student then ask whats the issue that they are having with the issue is with their chromebook. Next if its something that I can look at real quick I try for example if I can help rotate their screen back to normal then I would but if the screen is cracked then I will send them to the chromebook help room.
I would ask the person kindly what issues they are having with there device and if it is something I can fix quickly then I will fix it and send them on their way. Otherwise if its a more complicated issue then I would send them to the chromebook help room so they can solve a more complicated issue
I would first ask what the issue is. If it's something I can fix, I'd fix it. If not I would send them down to the tech room.
If a student came up and asked me for help about there computer i would ask what is going on with it. If it is something easy and simple i would take it and repair it for them or if it is a big issue or something wrong with it i would tell them to see Mrs. H
I would ask them what is wrong with chromebook first. If it is a major issue then I would send them to Mrs. H. If it is a problem then I can fix, I would fix the chromebook myself.
First things first I would greet them. Then I would ask them what in the chromebook doesn't work and if they couldn't answer clearly I would send them to Mrs. H.
